Before joining QXO, de Andrade served as President of Silvercote in 2026, after serving as Vice President of Specialty Products from 2022 to 2026 and Senior Director of Operations at Silvercote from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served as Director of Operations at SAATI Corporation. Earlier, de Andrade held plant, commercial, product management, and strategy roles at Eaton. He also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Anellus, where he commercialized a patented product and expanded production internationally.
