STI ES120 Elastomeric Firestop Adhesive is a highly elastomeric, non-halogenated latex-based caulk that provides inert smoky and fire protection in building joints

This material can also be used to restore the sound dampening qualities of sound-rated ceilings and walls. STI ES Elastomeric Firestop Adhesive is designed to attach to nearly any building surface and may be troweled or caulked. When SpecSeal Elastomeric Sealant cures, it forms a flexible barrier against fire spread. Its superior latex binder technology is completely water resistant and won't re-emulsify after drying. There are no inorganic fibers, asbestos, or solvents in STI ES Elastomeric Fireproofing Sealant.
