Alan Ridge

President, Waterproofing

Ridge brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution. Prior to QXO, he served as Division Vice President at Beacon Building Products, Inc., following Beacon’s 2022 acquisition of Coastal Construction Products. At Coastal, Ridge held several leadership positions, including Director of Sales, Executive Vice President of Sales, and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer from 2019 to 2022. He began his career at Armor Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of military, law enforcement, and personnel safety equipment, where he ultimately served as Director of International Sales during the company’s acquisition by BAE Systems PLC.
