Eric Nelson

Chief Information Officer

Nelson was most recently vice president and head of business capabilities at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he led global IT teams supporting supply chain, manufacturing, finance, R&D, sales and corporate functions. Earlier, he served as chief information officer for Kraft Heinz North America and global head of analytics, where he scaled machine learning operations and expanded digital product development across multiple business units. He previously held senior technology and operational roles at Kraft Foods Group and Kraft Foods Inc., with responsibility for end-to-end logistics, procurement, manufacturing and distribution. Earlier, he led continuous improvement and manufacturing systems initiatives at Cadbury plc.
