Chief Human Resources Officer

Berisha has more than two decades of senior human resource experience at global companies, spanning human capital management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning and analysis. Before joining QXO, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer of XPO from 2020 to 2023, after serving for three years as Senior Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Analytics. Earlier in her career, Berisha spent 18 years with Morgan Stanley, where she held various HR leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Corporate Compensation and Executive Pay Design from 2013 to 2017.
