Residential Price Increase

Following recent manufacturer announcements and continued increases in raw material, energy, and transportation costs, we will be implementing a price increase across our residential product portfolio.

Shingle products will increase up to 9%, while siding, accessories, and other complementary building products will increase up to 10–12%. Increases will vary by product category and manufacturer.

This increase will be effective on orders as of June 1.
